Childcare Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Childcare Worker to join our team at Partington Day Nursery. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early education and care for children and families accessing our nursery.

As a Childcare Worker, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. You will work closely with other professionals to ensure that the needs of children and families are met, and that our nursery provides a safe and inclusive space for all.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
• Developing and implementing engaging learning activities that promote children's learning and development
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Contributing to the development of our nursery's policies and procedures
• Participating in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early years education
