Position: Childcare Worker (Level 3)
Salary Range: Band 2 (£23,114 - £23,500)
Working Pattern: Full Time
Hours: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8.00am and 6.00pm
Contract Type: Permanent

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality early education and care, ensuring that children and their families receive the support they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and their families.
- Collaborate with a professional team and external partners to enhance the quality of care.
- Keep accurate records and documentation related to children's progress and development.
- Act as a key person for a designated group of children, supporting their individual growth.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in early years childcare.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and its practical application.
- Understanding of the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Code of Practice.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and teamwork.
