Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing Employment Tax Services for clients, which encompasses advising on all facets of employment tax compliance issues and inquiries.
  • Conducting compliance risk assessments and preparing recommendation reports.
  • Overseeing the manager review of PSA submissions and supporting clients during HMRC inspections.
  • Facilitating disclosures to HMRC and advising on salary sacrifice schemes.
  • Fostering robust client and inter-team relationships to ensure the delivery of superior service.
  • Assisting Employment Tax Directors with business development initiatives, which may involve hosting seminars, drafting proposals, and engaging in bids/pitches.
  • Identifying potential risks and technical challenges while developing practical solutions to legislative changes.
  • Contributing to billing and financial management processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of employment tax regulations and the ability to devise innovative tax strategies to enhance client outcomes.

Experience in assisting clients with HMRC Employer Compliance Inspections and National Minimum Wage Inspections is essential.

Additionally, the ability to advise clients on global mobility matters and reporting to HMRC, including considerations for Non-Resident Directors, is required.
