Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and settling members and guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Handling member requests and queries regarding reservations and membership benefits
  • Collaborating with our membership relations team to deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships with members
  • Building rapport with members over time, learning their preferences and tailoring the experience to meet their needs
  • Providing key information to management and service teams to enable them to surprise and delight guests with exceptional hospitality
Requirements
  • Excellent rapport-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and guests
  • A bright and warm personality, with a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality
  • A calm and composed demeanor, with the ability to defuse situations and turn them into positive experiences
  • A high level of confidentiality, with the ability to maintain discretion when dealing with high-profile individuals
