Bid Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bid Manager to join our Construction team in Solihull, West Midlands. As a key member of our Pre-Construction team, you will play a crucial role in building projects that support and develop local communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble a bid team with the necessary knowledge and skills to prepare a winning bid.
- Implement bid management procedures and ensure they are followed at each stage of the bid process.
- Chair Bid Kick-off meetings, solution development, and mid-bid meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop a tender period programme, communicate actions to the team, and monitor progress.
- Attend feedback sessions with the client and coordinate tender queries and amendments.
- Proven experience in bid management and quality writing.
- Bidding experience on education, healthcare, commercial, and leisure projects.
- Previous experience working with a leading national or regional contractor.
