We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead all aspects of the Social Housing business. Reporting directly to Ben Todd, our Managing Director, you will own the management of the Account Management team, ensuring we build strategic partnerships with our social housing clients by offering a market-leading service proposition.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and strategically develop our Social Housing clients, identifying and delivering additional growth opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop our excellent team of Account Managers, ensuring we exceed customer expectations.
- Use data and personal market experience to drive a winning sales culture, developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed our strategic priorities.
- Ensure we deliver against our agreed terms of business and that all processes are flowing smoothly as our customers would expect.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with our largest customers, attending industry events and providing thought leadership on key strategic topics.
- Continually evaluate existing and target customers to deliver profitable growth and meet our commercial goals.
- Ensure the credibility and technical expertise of the Account Managers to ensure we are the trusted partner for Social Housing Providers.
We're looking for someone with experience leading a high-performing team that delivers similar services into the Social Housing sector. You may be in a similar role working for a similar service provider or supplier looking for a new opportunity with a growing business. This role oversees a £250m t/o, and it's essential that you have a strong commercial understanding and the ability to problem-solve and add value to our customers.
