We're seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our fast-growing Digital Solutions team, collaborating with designers and handling multiple client engagements. Our innovative digital tools, including Access Hub, Evidence Hub, and Nuro, enable our clients to strategically prepare and track the launch of new medicines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide project teams and manage client relationships to deliver high-quality strategic projects for global pharma and biotech clients.
  • Contribute to business development efforts and shape market access strategies that bring innovative medicines to patients.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to drive business growth and development.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or Project Manager.
  • Demonstratable experience in managing clients with digital solutions.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, product launch, or market access sectors.
