Job Title: Digital Solutions Manager

LotusFlare is seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Manager to lead the delivery of complex digital projects and build strong relationships with our clients. As a key member of our Global Delivery Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of digital solutions, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver digital solutions to clients in the telecoms, media, and technology sectors.
  2. Act as the lead point of contact for client matters.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to propose and implement solutions that meet client needs.
  4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  5. Coordinate with third-party vendors as needed.
  6. Drive project execution and track delivery.
  7. Manage testing, production releases, and project handover.
  8. Act as a key interface between clients and the LotusFlare organization.
  9. Support project management activities.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
  2. 5+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise software, or startups.
  3. Deep expertise in industries such as mobile and fixed telecommunications, media, and technology.
  4. Experience in managing engagement and projects with Mobile Operators related to digital initiatives.
  5. Functional knowledge in strategy, project management, and product management.
  6. Proven track record of delivering complex digital solutions on time and within budget.
  7. Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  8. Demonstrated leadership ability in an international team environment.
  9. Initiative taker with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  10. Comfortable with cross-organizational communication and excellent written and verbal skills.
  11. Willingness and ability to travel.
