Hours: 21 hours per week – 9am to 5pm, 3 days a week (including weekends)

Salary: £15,000

ACS Staffing Solutions is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a part-time coordinator to join a dynamic organization within the sports sector. This role offers flexible working hours, accommodating both weekend and weekday shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee seating arrangements, catering logistics, and coordinate activities on event days, ensuring effective collaboration with the sales team.
  • Manage pre- and post-event communications, ensuring all itineraries are accurate and well-prepared.
  • Engage with suppliers and monitor event attendance, working closely with the Head of Hospitality.
  • Deliver exceptional service and account management for seasonal members and clients.
  • Update promotional materials, assist with event day activations, and provide pre-event support.
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager to refresh the website with graphics for campaigns and develop brand marketing initiatives.
  • Work alongside the development lead to manage administrative tasks related to networking, including delegate lists, itineraries, and event venues.
  • Utilize and maintain the CRM system for operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members across the organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A genuine interest in sports and sporting events.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or event management is preferred.
