This role encompasses the management of services catering to a significant elderly population, ensuring comprehensive support across multiple healthcare practices.

The successful candidate will oversee acute and organic admission units, contributing to the mental health framework within a modern psychiatric institution. Collaborative efforts with primary care providers and local health authorities are essential, fostering an integrated approach to mental health services.

The region offers a rich tapestry of community life, with numerous recreational pursuits available, including outdoor activities that promote well-being. The area's natural beauty and quality living conditions create an exceptional backdrop for both personal and professional fulfillment.

In this role, you will engage in educational initiatives at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, actively participate in professional development programs, and explore research avenues. Strong partnerships with academic institutions enhance the clinical practice environment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
