About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Marketing Specialist to join our team at Boots. As a key member of our Customer Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing personalized marketing plans to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM plans and incentives to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and respond to marketing briefs based on business objectives and customer needs.
  • Analyze commercial and customer impact to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Assign and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize customer journeys and improve business results.
  • Work closely with the Customer Marketing team to inform and enhance the total customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on CRM, digital, and printed communications.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic team.
