Job Title: Data Compliance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Compliance Analyst to join our team at Experian. As a key member of our data governance team, you will play a critical role in developing and driving our data governance and data management agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on data management best practices, including data governance, data security, and data quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment to data standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain the Controls and Monitoring Assurance plan to ensure data compliance and risk management.
  • Analyze and remediate identified processing and control activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Contribute to the ongoing adoption of data standards by business stakeholders and influence the maturity and accountability of compliance to data standards across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of data management best practices, including data governance, data security, and data quality.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of policy frameworks and business process management.
  • Knowledge of risk management practices, audit, process, control management, and monitoring best practice.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation pertaining to data, including data protection legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior leadership.
