Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Billing Operations Specialist to join our team at KGRC Limited. As a key member of our Accounts Team, you will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing and Financial Transactions: Manage the billing process, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients to discuss their accounts, respond to queries, and provide updates on outstanding payments.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce regular reports on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other financial metrics to inform business decisions.
