Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Billing Operations Specialist to join our team at KGRC Limited. As a key member of our Accounts Team, you will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing and Financial Transactions: Manage the billing process, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Client Communication: Liaise with clients to discuss their accounts, respond to queries, and provide updates on outstanding payments.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce regular reports on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other financial metrics to inform business decisions.
- Credit Control: Implement effective credit control measures to minimize bad debt and ensure timely payment from clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Accounts Manager, Billing Supervisor, and other team members to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in legal billing, including credit control, in a law firm or similar environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
