Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire warranty phase, ensuring compliance with all warranty terms and conditions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all warranty-related issues, communicating effectively with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor the performance of all systems and equipment during the warranty period, ensuring that any defects are identified and resolved promptly.
  • Coordinate and schedule warranty inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure all warranty claims are properly documented, submitted, and resolved within agreed timeframes.
  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to equipment, systems, and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all warranty activities, including defect reports, corrective actions, and communication with contractors and suppliers.
  • Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement in equipment, systems, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £58,500 - £65,000.
