As a Warranty Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's plants, ensuring compliance with all warranty terms and conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire warranty phase, ensuring compliance with all warranty terms and conditions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all warranty-related issues, communicating effectively with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor the performance of all systems and equipment during the warranty period, ensuring that any defects are identified and resolved promptly.
- Coordinate and schedule warranty inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all warranty claims are properly documented, submitted, and resolved within agreed timeframes.
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to equipment, systems, and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty activities, including defect reports, corrective actions, and communication with contractors and suppliers.
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement in equipment, systems, and processes.
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £58,500 - £65,000.
- 5% Bonus.
- Bupa Private Medical including partner and children up to 25 years as long as they still live at home.
- Up to 10% Contributory Pension.
