Job Title: Project Coordinator - Operations Specialist

Location: Nationwide

Salary: Competitive - Negotiable

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join Active Personnel Recruitment LTD as an Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and submit weekly staff time sheets and subsistence forms.
  • Review weekly sheets for missing data, reactive work reports, and ensure accuracy.
  • Populate and maintain the company's integrated management system with up-to-date project information.
  • Coordinate team movements and plan daily activities to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with other departments and regions to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Assist in preparing application invoices, including month-end reconciliations.
  • Work with the team to ensure holiday periods are covered and project deadlines are met.
  • Identify project risks, implement contingency plans, and early warning mechanisms to reduce waste and maintain projected profitability.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in an office administrative role.
  • Strong IT knowledge and proficiency in software applications.
  • Ideal NVQ or equivalent qualification in Business Administration.
