Job Summary:

Quickline Communications is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in new business connections within our target markets.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in driving new business growth and achieving sales targets in competitive markets. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive new business connections and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive new business connections and meet sales targets
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and optimize lead generation activities
  • Engage in hands-on sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, relationship management, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Excel to track performance, analyze trends, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Lead, mentor, coach, and motivate a team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in telecommunications, broadband, or a related industry
  • Experience in driving new business growth and achieving sales targets in competitive markets
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, and developing a high-performing sales team
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for CRM management, sales reporting, and data analysis, advanced Excel skills for data modeling, reporting, and sales performance analysis
  • Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the telecommunications sector, particularly in rural markets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
