Position Overview:

We are seeking a Relief Chef Manager to assist in the Cumbria area CA1.

Work Schedule:

Term time only (42 weeks per year)

Shift Flexibility:

Monday to Friday (45 hours per week)

Compensation:

£35,000

Note: This role is mobile and requires a full valid UK driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals from our diverse menu using fresh ingredients.
  • Lead and manage a complete kitchen team, including ordering supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain financial accountability for the unit's gross profit and cost of goods sold.
  • Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a knack for motivating team members.
  • Strong technical cooking skills.
  • Capability to thrive in demanding environments while upholding high standards.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Relevant food hygiene and preparation certifications.
