Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the bid process from inception to completion
  • Draft persuasive Expressions of Interest (EOI) and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ), proposals, and presentations
  • Facilitate the decision-making process for each submission
  • Contribute to strategies for winning bids and the development of storyboards
  • Ensure adherence to company protocols for every bid

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a bidding environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capability to build relationships and foster trust with team members

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
