Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Reading Woodley Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.

About the Role

As a Senior Nursery Room Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of practitioners to provide a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for our children. You will work closely with the nursery management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the well-being and development of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the well-being and development of our children.
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that our children receive a high-quality education and care that meets their individual needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of our childcare and education services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality childcare and education.
