Job Summary

We are seeking a Pre Sales Solution Architect to join our team, who has in-depth knowledge of SAP ByDesign and S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end business process knowledge across multiple lines of business, with a focus on Supply Chain and Logistics. The role requires commercial awareness to support our Sales Team in client acquisition, with a focus on solution definition and architecting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to support all aspects of client acquisition, including delivering a full picture architecture, insights, proposal responses, and commercial estimates.
  • Deliver compelling solution overviews and software demonstrations with product expertise, showcasing technical expertise across multiple relevant business software products.
  • Define tailored solutions to meet client needs, taking ownership of solutioning and leading customer presentations.
  • Provide expert advice and assessment services to customers on their SAP ByDesign and S/4HANA Public Cloud journey at all stages of the customer engagement.
  • Understand business challenges and consider the broader business context and specific challenges faced by customers within their industry or line of business when developing solutions.
  • Stay informed about trends and new developments in SAP ByDesign, S/4 HANA Public Cloud, and other products, proposing and clearly articulating the benefits of these innovations to customers.
  • Consult with customers on SAP Best Practice and SAP Activate, staying engaged with the delivery and customer team through the engagement tenure and sharing expertise and advice on methodology, tools, and governance for large projects and programs.
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP ByDesign and S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions.
  • SAP Presales certifications are ideal but not mandatory.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP portfolio of products, architecture, and experience across modules.
  • Extensive experience with business processes across various lines of business, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics to qualify and manage deals appropriately.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail to produce high-quality and trustworthy deliverables.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent presales soft skills, including facilitation, presentation, and personal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels within customers and prospects.
  • Ability to operate at a senior level within NTT DATA Business Solutions, effectively liaising, influencing, and communicating at both director and executive levels across all functions of the business.
  • Possess a high level of motivation and ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with a high level of self-sufficiency.
  • Be capable of taking a value-based approach to selling, leveraging NTT DATA Business Solutions assets, resources, capabilities, and solutions.
  • Be able to confidently facilitate workshops and design thinking sessions to drive innovation and value for both customers and prospects.
  • Demonstrate a structured and professional approach to written and oral communication and presentation.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
