We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our Home Owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the development and related activities
  • Managing maintenance of the property and providing a first-class service to Owners
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers, managing contractors and scheduling maintenance
  • Completing health and safety checks and organising activities and events for Owners
  • Providing a hassle and worry-free retirement living lifestyle
Requirements
  • Experience of similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity and health & social care sectors
  • Excellent customer service skills and administration skills
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative
  • Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office applications
