Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of agricultural products to farms, requiring manual handling and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with our office and stores teams to plan and optimize delivery routes, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks to maintain a high standard of safety and compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company and building strong relationships with our customers.
  • Be flexible with working hours during busy periods, including overtime, to meet the demands of the business.
  • Maintain a strong focus on Health and Safety, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in other operational areas outside of peak times, supporting the overall success of the business.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license and Category C driving license.
  • Desirable but not essential: ADR and CPC licenses, which will be provided for the right candidate through comprehensive training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
