HLTA Role - Cheltenham

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic support to pupils in a Primary school setting
  • Assist teachers in lesson planning and delivery
  • Develop and implement engaging learning activities
  • Support pupils with special educational needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure pupil progress
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of the Primary curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in a variety of settings
