About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a driven and passionate team who value innovative solutions in diabetes care. You will be part of a company that offers a range of services to both users of its blood glucose monitoring products and the healthcare professionals that help to manage their diabetes.

The company has a vision for shaping the diabetes market through continuous innovations in biosensor technology and blood glucose monitoring. Their team of scientists, designers, and engineers help to deliver solutions in connected health, high accuracy blood glucose testing, and intelligent meters that provide more than just a test result.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your territory, calling on predominantly Secondary Care and Primary Care sites, and other diabetes-related institutions and personnel.
  • Grow sales, gain new distribution, support customers in the field, and create awareness for the products.
  • Build relationships and gain new distribution on existing and new products while executing marketing and promotional strategies to increase market share.
  • Develop a working knowledge of the inter-relationship of Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Practice Nurses (PNs), Diabetes Specialist Nurses (DSNs), Clinicians, and Pharmacists and work to gain recommendations along every link of the chain.
Requirements
  • You will either have field sales experience or come from a healthcare background with clinical knowledge of diabetes.
  • You may also be considered if you come from a scientific graduate background and can show the right attitude and attributes to be successful in this role.

  • Bonus: £14k on target earnings with over target bonus payments
  • Car policy: Car allowance - £10,524 per year
