The successful candidate will provide legal support to the European Drug Product Division (DPD) sites, working closely with the DPD Lead Counsel Europe. This on-site role is based in a European location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal guidance on site operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Offer expert advice on commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential issues
  • Advise on commercial disputes and resolutions, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal legal teams to provide support and guidance
  • Review and negotiate contracts related to client services and sourcing
  • Develop and deliver training programs on contract requirements and legal matters
  • Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives, driving business growth and success

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer from a European jurisdiction
  • Strong commercial focus, with a minimum of [X] years of PQE
  • Customer-centric approach, with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines, with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in contract management and negotiation
  • Travel required, with occasional overnight stays
  • Law firm experience a plus, but not required
