About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Norwegian speaking Client Service Coordinator to join our team in Canary Wharf, London. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process client information to set up new accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients in the banking sector
  • Collaborate with the Nordic Sales team and investment advisors to manage daily workload
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting for clients
About You

We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills. You should be productive, driven, and committed to providing the highest level of client service. A degree in finance, banking, or economics is desirable, but not essential. If you are a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in client service, customer service, or a related field
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills and a strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism
