A Norwegian speaker is urgently sought for a financial services organization to enhance their expanding multilingual Sales Team. You will work in a modern office environment in Canary Wharf, London, where you will utilize your skills to provide exceptional customer and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering necessary information from clients to establish new accounts
- Fostering relationships with clients in the banking industry while assisting with administrative tasks
- Collaborating with the Nordic Sales team and investment advisors to manage daily operations
- Ensuring accuracy in client reports and addressing them efficiently and promptly
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities. You should be motivated to deliver top-tier client services. This entry-level position offers a pathway for career advancement within the financial services sector, in a supportive and rewarding work environment.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, is essential
- Previous experience in Client Service, Customer Support, or similar roles within the financial or banking sector is preferred
- A degree in finance, banking, or economics is advantageous
- Proven problem-solving skills and a strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with high-level executives
