As the Uncrewed Vessel Survey Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in orchestrating and overseeing survey activities utilizing our advanced Uncrewed Service Vessels (USVs) across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate survey activities
- Establish effective operational procedures
- Manage recruitment, crew assignments, vessel and equipment availability, project mobilizations, and logistical operations
- Lead a diverse team of engineers, mariners, ROV pilots, and survey specialists
- Administer work programs and ensure efficient task delegation
