Job Title: National Account Manager

Lavandi Talent is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, developing and executing comprehensive account strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with account-specific needs and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with clients to increase product placement, visibility, and sales.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with account-specific needs and strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, promotions, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability and brand visibility.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports to evaluate account performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Forecast sales projections, set targets, and develop action plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in national account management within the beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing national account portfolios.
  • In-depth understanding of the retail landscape, market trends, and consumer preferences.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
