The Influencer Director is a key role at Brave Bison, responsible for leading the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive creative excellence and commercial growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and leading influencer campaigns, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their capabilities. They will be able to develop and implement best practices for influencer marketing, and work closely with the accounts team and clients to deliver high-quality campaigns.

The Influencer Director will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies
  • Managing and leading a team of influencer managers and executives
  • Ensuring the smooth production of campaigns
  • Driving creative excellence and commercial growth
  • Building strong relationships with clients and partner agencies

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with leadership qualities, able to work independently and as part of a team. They will have excellent communication and project management skills, and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements
  • 1+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience managing and leading influencer campaigns
  • Agency experience required
  • Excellent attention to detail and high client satisfaction
  • Ability to plan and strategise at a senior level
  • Team management experience (3-5 people)
