Bids and Marketing Administrator Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bids and Marketing Administrator to join our team at NRG Resourcing Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our marketing team, ensuring the smooth production and delivery of tender responses, bids, and pitches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings with multiple stakeholders and contributors
  • Prepare meeting agendas and action notes
  • Collate and edit multiple inputs to produce finalized tender responses
  • Submit tenders as required
  • Manage timelines for tender responses
  • Liaise with fee earners to provide important tender updates
  • Carry out client management reporting
  • Update CRM and BD+ with tender information
  • Monitor tender portals for suitable submissions
  • Share feedback across teams
  • Update various systems with key tender information for reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update our bid library
  • Format bid and pitch documents
  • Pull together content and layout pitches and other bespoke marketing materials
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, particularly in written form
  • Considerable organizational skills, able to balance a wide range of priorities
  • IT literate, confident in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Desire to learn and develop
