About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bids and Marketing Administrator to join our team at NRG Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth production and delivery of tender responses, bids, and pitches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting Coordination: Set up meetings with multiple contributors, create meeting agendas, and take action notes.
  • Tender Response Management: Collate and edit multiple inputs to produce finalized tender responses, submit tenders as required, and manage timelines for tender responses.
  • Client Management Reporting: Carry out client management reporting, update CRM and BD+ with tender information, and monitor tender portals for suitable submissions.
  • Marketing Support: Provide general administrative and assistant support to the wider marketing team, set up meetings, and arrange travel as required.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to balance a wide range of priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, particularly in written form, and the ability to work on own initiative.
  • IT Literacy: Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with a desire to learn and develop.
  • Experience: Some experience working within a busy marketing department would be advantageous but not essential.
