About the Role

Creative Support Ltd is a non-profit provider of personalised care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism spectrum conditions, and older people.

We are seeking warm, positive, and enthusiastic individuals to provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities in Dudley.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with service users and build trusting therapeutic relationships.
  • Work with service users to encourage wellbeing and positive coping skills.
  • Visit service users in their own homes or in other settings as part of a structured approach.
  • Offer respite to carers and practical and emotional support to families as appropriate.
