We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Stroke Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients with acute medical conditions, including stroke and hyper-acute care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with acute medical conditions, including stroke and hyper-acute care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration in the UK.
  • Relevant experience in acute medical care, including stroke and hyper-acute care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use basic IT skills and maintain accurate records.
  • Knowledge of professional issues in nursing, including NMC and IPAC.
