About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Grimsby. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with physical and learning difficulties, enabling them to live independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals
  • Participate in comprehensive training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:
