Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our client secondary school in Brent. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and students in achieving academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the class teacher with general classroom routines, including preparing learning resources and organizing the classroom.
  • Deliver one-to-one interventions to students who require additional support or are underachieving.
  • Support the teacher in reporting on academic progress and developing strategies to improve student outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality support to students and teachers.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £1540 - £1800 per month, dependent on experience and qualifications.
  • Paid weekly, every Friday via PAYE.
  • The opportunity to work in a high-achieving and supportive secondary school.
