About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in selling PV equipment to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business targets and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the brand at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and business development progress.
- 3 to 4 years of B2B experience in selling PV equipment.
- Driving Licence.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK frequently for client meetings and company events.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 + quarterly commission + company car, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
