Job Title: ICT Security Project Manager

Apple Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled ICT Security Project Manager to join our client, the Northern Health and Social Care Trust.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Network and Information Systems team and ICT projects to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, delivering key elements of the Trust's ICT strategy, and supporting the implementation of the Regional eHealth Programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the NIS Lead to ensure compliance with the NIS Regulations 2018.
  2. Liaise with the Assistant Director (ICT) for regulatory compliance.
  3. Manage and plan ICT projects, including procurement, system testing, and configuration.
  4. Develop and implement project plans, benefits realisation plans, and conduct post-implementation analysis.
  5. Coordinate and lead teams through project implementation to optimize system use.
  6. Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation plans.
  7. Manage projects using PRINCE2 methodology and ensure project governance.
Requirements:
  1. A University degree in an ICT discipline or a recognised equivalent professional qualification.
  2. 3 years' experience of working on ICT projects.
  3. OR HND or a recognised equivalent professional qualification in an ICT discipline.
  4. OR 6 years' experience of working on ICT projects.
  5. 2 years' practical experience of the Microsoft Office suite of programmes, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
  6. Hold a current full driving licence valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on ICT projects, including business case development, business process analysis, user requirement specifications, procurement, and project evaluation.

This is a 6-month contract with a hourly rate of £22.37. The location is Antrim.
