About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our busy Radiology Department as a Waiting List Booking Coordinator. This role involves participating in day-to-day operations within the radiology waiting list/appointments office(s) and assisting the department with waiting list management issues.
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in all duties relevant for the day-to-day operations within the Radiology waiting list/appointments office(s)
- Assist the department with regards to all waiting list management issues
Requirements
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (to include English and Mathematics) or equivalent qualifications/or appropriate previous experience
- Sufficient administrative and clerical experience
- Excellent communication and data entry skills
- Organized and methodical with attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
Desirable
- Welsh speaker
