Finance Assistant Opportunity

We are excited to support a well-established business in their search for a Finance Assistant.

The role is based in their head office in Taunton, with travel required between sites across Somerset and the South West.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain bank mandates for all group accounts, ensuring sufficient cover and liaising with banks as necessary.
  • Liaise with sites to maintain bank mandates for related accounts, ensuring sufficient cover.
  • Manage Petty Cash accounts and processes for all accounts, moving legacy accounts to the correct bank.
  • Order bank cards and open accounts as necessary.
  • Audit the use of related bank accounts at all sites on an annual basis.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence and own transport.
  • Comfortable travelling solo across various sites.
  • Strong Excel skills.
