HR Advisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Frazer Jones. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business areas with HR support and guidance, with a focus on employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on a range of employee relation case work, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance.
  • Coach and guide managers through the full employment life cycle to maximize performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Support cyclical HR activities, such as pay reviews, benefit renewals, and promotional processes.
  • Interpret exit interview analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Support the implementation of self-service HR systems and processes.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of generalist HR practice and up-to-date employment law.
  • Proven experience in an advisory role, with a focus on employee relations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to positively influence across the business.
  • Background in financial or professional services is highly desirable.
