Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Construction Manager with significant experience in the water treatment industry to work on a consultancy basis for our client, a major UK water company based in the Midlands.

The team that this role will be working in was created to develop single options into detailed design ready for construction, allowing them to drive efficiencies, save on preliminaries, and de-risk the construction stage, typically for low-risk projects.

There is now a requirement for a Senior Construction Manager to assist with buildability, costing, and efficiencies review prior to and during the design stage. Ideally, you will come from an ex-tier 1 supplier and have significant experience in the water industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with buildability, costing, and efficiencies review prior to and during the design stage.
  • Work closely with the team to develop single options into detailed design ready for construction.
  • Drive efficiencies, save on preliminaries, and de-risk the construction stage.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in the water treatment industry.
  • Experience working on a consultancy basis.
