Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all bookings, administrative tasks, and revenue generation for the Cookery School.
- Welcome and host guests attending cooking classes.
- Collaborate with the Chef Tutor to develop an appealing class schedule and provide necessary training on class content.
- Communicate course details effectively across various departments.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to promote classes to potential clients and track engagement.
- Proactively identify and implement strategies to boost sales, maintaining an updated sales tracker.
- Manage sponsorship opportunities and partnerships with guest chefs.
- Participate in weekly and bi-weekly meetings, documenting minutes.
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to excellence standards.
- Understand and manage monthly budgets and forecast targets, minimizing external costs and maintaining expenses within budget.
Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
- Genuine passion for food, with awareness of current culinary trends and industry knowledge.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Opera and Salesforce is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
