About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized administrator to join our Mental Health Support Team (MHST) in South West Essex. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our MHSTs, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to young people and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our MHSTs, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with our clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our stakeholders, including young people, parents, and carers.
Requirements
  • Administrative experience in a healthcare or social care setting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality principles.
