Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join our team as a Label Production Specialist. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and consistent printing of product labels, adhering to our high standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing the required quantity of labels based on production schedules and completing necessary documentation.
- Producing and printing labels and related materials in accordance with established specifications.
- Conducting thorough inspections and audits of printed labels to guarantee accuracy and quality.
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of customer products and specifications, along with the ability to interpret daily production plans and stock lists.
- Learning to operate our internal software systems effectively.
- Creating and modifying product label templates to meet customer needs.
- Keeping detailed records of label requests, including used and unused labels, and any corrective actions taken.
- Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our processes.
- Maintaining cleanliness of printing equipment and reporting any issues for prompt resolution.
- Assisting in the training and mentoring of new team members as required.
- Collaborating with various teams across the organization.

Working Hours:
This position typically involves a 5-day work week, with the possibility of extending to 6 days based on business needs. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as we often work longer shifts.
Compensation:
The pay rate starts at £12.69 for the first 40 hours, increasing to £15.86 for hours worked beyond that, with further pay enhancements following successful training completion.
