Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiographer to lead our CT service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the CT department, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.
Main Responsibilities
The post-holder will be responsible for:
- Leading the CT service team and ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and patient outcomes
- Managing patient bookings, waiting lists, and radiographer schedules
- Ensuring compliance with Trust policies and protocols
- Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have:
- A BSc in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification
- HCPC registration
- Management training and experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A commitment to continuous quality improvement
