Our regional Nature teams are engaged in significant projects such as electrical transmission line developments, infrastructure upgrades, renewable energy facilities, and various environmental assessments.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Promote the health, safety, and well-being of the team and colleagues;
  • Assist in crafting high-quality and commercially viable proposals for ecological services, particularly in energy, defense, and water sectors;
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and organization of all phases of ecological project work, ensuring resources, budgets, and controls align with program and budgetary requirements;
  • Deliver exceptional ecological consultancy and advisory services to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence to quality assurance processes;
  • Develop technically sound and practical solutions to intricate ecological challenges;
  • Engage professionally and effectively with team members, project stakeholders, and clients;
  • Contribute to the creation of ecology sections for environmental reports and species license applications;
  • Review and validate project outputs to guarantee high-quality deliverables;

Are You Ready to Make an Impact?

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Proven experience in the planning and execution of ecological services within the UK or Ireland;
  • A strong understanding of wildlife conservation, particularly concerning significant habitat types or species;
  • Membership in a relevant professional institution and evidence of working towards Chartership;
  • Excellent field skills in at least one specialized area, including any protected species licenses;
  • A proactive approach to health and safety practices;
