About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Solutions Architect to join our team at Computacenter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering technical consultancy to our customers, leading teams in delivery engagements, and providing pre-sales qualification, bid response, and design consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Complex Solutions: Develop and implement complex multi-technology solutions for customers, consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Define Solutions and Standards: Define solutions, technologies, and standards to blueprint best practice, ensuring consistency and accuracy within a solution.
  • Lead Teams and Host Customer Meetings: Lead a team defining, designing, and implementing solutions for customers, hosting customer meetings to present solutions from a technical and implementation approach.
  • Provide Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership for peers, the practice, internal clients, customers, and partners, influencing customers, suppliers, and partners at account level.
  • Facilitate Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders who have diverse objectives, analyzing requirements and advising on scope and options for continuous operational improvement.
  • Demonstrate Creativity and Innovation: Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and ethical thinking in applying solutions, taking all requirements into account when making proposals.
Requirements
  • Experience in DevOps or DevSecOps: Experience of working in a team of DevOps or DevSecOps practitioners, with a strong understanding of Agile Delivery methodologies.
  • DevOps Tooling Experience: DevOps Tooling experience, including Automation, Orchestration, CI/CD, Testing, and Container native technologies.
  • Container Native Technologies: Experience with container native technologies, such as Openshift and Kubernetes.
  • Agile Delivery Methodologies: Understanding of Agile Delivery methodologies, including Kanban, SCRUM, XP, Lean, and SAFe.
  • DevOps Management Tools: Experience with DevOps Management tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
  • CI/CD Tooling: Awareness of CI/CD tooling, including Jenkins, GitLab, and similar tools.
  • Security Testing: Awareness of Security Testing, including SAST, DAST, SCA/IAST, and Vulnerability Management.
  • Certifications: Certifications in Gitlab, Terraform, and Vault would be preferable.
