Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Newbury Building Society. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering learning initiatives that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs that are engaging, interactive, and effective.
- Support the development of leadership and coaching capabilities across the organization.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to allocate and utilize budget resources to enhance and build skills for the future.
- Use data-driven decision making to challenge and enhance the L&D offering and processes to optimize budget, employee experience, and business impact.
- Proven experience of working with internal and/or external customers in a proactive partnering capacity to ensure the highest quality employee experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of designing, developing, and delivering L&D solutions.
- Experience of supporting performance management and appraisal processes.
- Experience of administering or working with a Learning Management System or digital and online learning.
