Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is proud to represent a well-established and expanding national firm of chartered surveyors and construction consultants, currently seeking a Lead Cost Consultant to join their team.

In this role, you will collaborate with the senior management team on residential projects throughout the region. This position offers a competitive compensation package and genuine opportunities for career advancement. Comprehensive support for achieving chartered status is also provided for candidates who are not yet chartered.

The ideal candidate is expected to have prior experience in a consultancy environment, particularly with responsibilities as an employer's agent.

The successful applicant will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid model and must be committed to pursuing chartered status if they have not already achieved it. This role also presents excellent prospects for progression to Associate level.



Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000

Additional Benefits Include:

- 25 days of annual leave, increasing to a maximum of 30 days based on tenure, in addition to Public and Bank Holidays.

Position Overview:

Salary: Up to £75,000 plus car allowance

Position Requirements:
- Proven experience in a consultancy role
- Ability to commute as required
- Experience in an employer's agent capacity
- Valid UK Driver's License
- Proficient IT skills and strong written communication
- Additional qualifications and requirements to be discussed further.
